Il personale è molto gentile e cortese.
Camere belle e pulite, dispongono tutte di un ottima vista lago con i vulcani sullo sfondo.

“Everyone was so nice and attend. Kudos to the staff that carry the luggage to the rooms. Daniel watched our luggage until the boat arrived. I chose the right place to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary. The only hip up was that my sister and husband couldn’t stay with us because it has too many steps to reach the restaurant and rooms. Other than that it’s the ideal place for people in good health to enjoy the lake and the property. ”

“Excellent and beautiful property. Coffee was hard to get before 7am with cream and sugar. You can only get cream and sugar after 7. I wake up in the morning for my coffee and that was an easy inconvenience the hotel can fix. ”

“I couldn't have asked for a better view of the lake! This hotel also offers a generous breakfast included, a restaurant where you can eat until 8 PM, Tuktuk service, and organized tours. There's also a small library where you can borrow books. My room had a very comfortable bed and a bathtub with a window overlooking the lake. The only thing missing are curtains to darken the sunlight that enters at dawn and to ensure more privacy. Definitely recommended.”

“I just want to say this hotel was the best i've stayed at. It was a top tier experience. I lost my money and my phone dropped in the water and they went out their way to get in contact with a boat taxi to get me back to the airport to make it to my flight. I'm so grateful for the experience. ”

“Despite the error made on the part of Expedia as far as how many rooms we had reserved, the owner gave us the same discount on the third room. He also was very helpful in providing information about the area - restaurants, swimming holes and hiking trails. The kitchen was available to the guest to use as needed as long as you cleaned up afterwards.”

The property itself is even more stunning in person the views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking. We stayed in the Dome, and instantly fell in love with its unique charm and the incredible outdoor bathroom.

Do not use google maps to get here coz it will lead to a very dangerous dirt road n stops at a cliff n your forced to go down said dirt road to a little town called Santa Cruz, which has 1 Main road leading to a small port. I letti sono comodi, gli interni accoglienti (bagni per la verità un po' umidi, ma non rappresenta un grosso problema), stanze silenziose e perfette per rilassarsi.
